Invention – For this, a new device have been introduced for the production of Nano fibers meshes that also measures the matching of different rate f production and power efficiency. It is very important to reduce variety in the diameter of fibers which is considered in most of the applications.
The device helps in engraving silicon by making use of various complex processes which requires an air locked. The new device helps in the building of commercial 3-d printer. It is pointing towards the manufacturing of Nano fiber that is cheaper as well as very reliable. It mainly consists of an array of small sized nozzles which uses a fluid that contains particles of polymer for the purpose of pumping.
Usage – 3-d printing is a kind of technology that uses better choice of materials with the creation of possible structure. Nano fibers are very useful for most of the applicants that can be benefited from the high ratio of surface area to volume like solar cells which also tries to increase the exposure of the sunlight or fuel cell electrodes with the reactions of catalyze at the surfaces. It receives various materials that can be used only at small scales like water filters. It is remarkable for the tough or heavy weight like the body armor.
