As we all know that the prices of houses is increasing day by day across all over the world and buying house in present time is quite expensive. So a new technology of apartments is developed by the architects at LAAB in Hong Kong as every square meter of available space counts.
They have developed an advanced apartment which is known as micro-apartment. It is installed with a full kitchen, a large bathtub, a home cinema, a gym, cat friendly spaces as well as a lot of storage into 309 square feet of floor space.
For this purpose, the LAAB architects reconsidered the traditional notions of the residential living as well as time as a factor. According to the designers, they have designed the space around the “form follows time” philosophy that means that spaces which will open and close will be depend on the purposes needed at the particular time.
This has been best demonstrated by the bathtub are of the apartment. This space has the ability to take on a number of different forms such as a conventional bathroom with a tub, a separate bath in order to take shower by the guests at the time when the host is brushing their teeth or vice-versa.
It contains a seating system which creates a two tiered home cinema or an area for the purpose of large group of friends as well as a guest bedroom for the short stays etc. it has the ability to be combined which can allow for a home cinema experience at the time of bath or movie watching for the host and the guests also.
