Introduction – The signals of physical reactions allow the individual’s body to prepare a different kind of life-threatening situation. For this, people respond in different ways. These situations help in triggering a better response of the stress that helps in provoking some people so that they can react simply through non-threatening events.
Meaning – When a person felt uneasiness, he/she thinks about anticipating non-threatening events that is known as anxiety. A research have been conducted which shows that every person feels some kind of anxiety at a point of time. It can be of any type. Most of the time, anxiety of the people will become overwhelming which enforce them o become physically ill.
Techniques – The people who feel anxiety most of the time, they use multiple techniques so that they can help people in controlling such kind of overwhelming feelings. Another research have been made which says that stress is very beneficial to individuals’ health which results in the reduction of anxious feelings and improvement of performance with various challenging tasks.
Relation – Anxiety is directly related with fear. It is a kind of emotion which is felt when something dangerous comes in between the path of the person. Fear can be triggered through the information generated from the five senses. It is due to the cascading of chemical reaction which is detected by the brain of the person. It results in creating special signals via nerve cells or neurons. The brain will release hormones which help in regulating different bodily activities through some chemicals. These hormones allow the body to fight or flee, which is considered as the evolutionary purpose of the response of the stress.


Method – the responses of the flight or fight allows the body to prepare a method that can deal with various threats. It also helps in triggering some major changes in physiology with different functioning of the body. When the blood is shunted away from the toes, fingers and digestive systems; it will directly rush to the large muscles in the legs and the arms. Then, the blood will provide nutrients and oxygen that is required to sustain potential of the body.
Conclusion – In some cases, threats are real. It results in evolution of hyper-responsive reactions to certain situations. This tendency allows creating the reactions for such things so that our body could respond and work easily.
