In rural; areas, there are availability of other resources, but electricity is considered as most important element or resource as they are inexpensive and lightweight solution. They set quickly in rural areas and within a short period of time, it can serve millions of people.
Power usage – The distributed energy system in rural areas comprised of 1.2 kilowatt hour battery cubes that helps in the storage of both wind and solar energy. For saving and providing wide range of power, they are snapped together LEGO-like. It is a kind of software that enables the usage of swarm intelligence based algorithm which also balances different fluctuations of energy between various connected units. One of the unit serves the need of some of the people while several other units enable the working by creating a modular micro grid and powering the entire village.
For the purpose of rural electrification, a special device or technology has been developed which is known as swarm intelligence used for Power Blocks. With growing demand, it can be started with a small and scaled quantity.
Testing – For the management of electricity trading system, power blocks are testing a block chain platform that can enable the owner to buy and sell electricity in the community.
